I’m pro-choice, but I think that the fetus in seattle should count, at the very least by the standards of many whom we fight against.

Well, for me, part of the power in the occupy movement comes from the fact that it fights the battle on its own turf, not that of those that it opposes.  Given that this is the case, I would personally classify this as the first death.  This isn’t to say that the miscarriage wasn’t tragic, and I sincerely hope that this line of conversation doesn’t get twisted into a war over which terrible event in the OWS legacy is more horrible.
